Walk the Edge by Katie McGarry

Walk the Edge (Thunder Road, #2)

by Katie McGarry

"Smart. Responsible. That's seventeen-year-old Breanna's role in her large family, and heaven forbid she put a toe out of line. Until one night of shockingly un-Breanna-like behavior puts her into a vicious cyberbully's line of fire--and brings fellow senior Thomas "Razor" Turner into her life. Razor lives for the Reign of Terror motorcycle club, and good girls like Breanna just don't belong. But when he learns she's being blackmailed over a compromising picture of the two of them--a picture that turns one unexpected and beautiful moment into ugliness--he knows it's time to step outside the rules."--

I am a McGarry fan, and I am fully won over by this series after reading this book. We knew very little about Razor after the last book, and I liked learning why he did the things he did. He was actually more complex then I originally thought. We also delve further into the brotherhood of the Terror. Razor had some very well established relationships, and it was sort of beautiful how they supported him when he really needed it. Razor's mother's story broke my heart, but I was happy that he was able to get some sort of closure, and I was overjoyed that he found Breanna. Breanna came from a totally different type of family. She was dead in the middle of 9 children, and had many responsibilities. Although she spent ample time with her siblings, she always felt slighted and like a stranger looking in. Being with Razor helped her be the best that she could be, and to be open and honest. The romance was very sweet, and I cannot comment on some of the best parts because I don't want to spoil anything.

Another solid addition to the Thunder Road series, and I am very excited for Violet and Chevy's book.
