This was quite the enjoyable read with low drama (well besides small town gossip) and angst, which I definitely appreciated this time around. And I'd like to say that I can't get enough of the Bailey family, they're an absolute riot.
What a solid start to this new series by one of my favorite author duos. After meeting all The Baileys, I just know we'll be in for a rather entertaining and comical ride. Family sagas are quickly becoming my favorite and each and every one of them has something to bring to the fold.
I really liked Austin and Holly, everything about how their "relationship" began was hilarious, it was such a great start to this book. It's definitely memorable that's for sure.
I loved Austin so much, he's such a fun-loving character, I adored his devotion to his family and how protective he became over Holly.
There so many dynamics to love about this book, I loved that they both worked in a high school setting and seeing the impression that Austin has on his students and players. But it's also set in a small town and there's nothing better to get the word out than a gossip blog. Someone is always watching and it just kicks up the entertainment even more. But most of all, I love the big family dynamics.
Piper & Rayne gave us another series to fall in love with and I soooo can't wait for the next one!
