Some might find ARR's Until books formulaic and predictable. Until Cobi follows her standard MO: growly, possessive hero, sassy, smart mouthed heroine. Bad stuff happens, possessive hero steps in and forces heroine to do what he says while she sasses him the whole time but ultimately does what he wants. However, I gobble these books up! With Cobi being a cop and Hadley being a social worker, these two do have jobs that put them in danger so the danger in the book is appropriate. Also, it comes from different sources, which makes it seem more believable. Its not just one bad guy, but a string of bad events.

If you like family sagas, you really will love these books. The original series spun off into the series about all their children and let me tell you, there are a LOT of cousins and siblings and aunts and uncles! Seeing them pop up in later books is always enjoyable because its like getting a peek back into their HEA.

Until Cobi delivers searing sex, possessive men, sassy women, and loud families while leaving the reader with a smile of satisfaction!
