Cocktails and Books received this book for free from Inkslinger PR in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect our opinion of the book or the content of our review.Wade and Mia met each other at a yoga retreat and had formed a secret friendship.  Despite not seeing each other for months, it was Wade Mia ran to when she was in trouble.  And what started out as a friend helping a friend quickly turned into something more.

This was a difficult read for me and I'm not sure why.  Instalove relationships don't generally bother me, but there was something about this one that didn't sit quite so well with me.  Maybe it was Mia blindly running to Wade when she was in trouble or the fact that Wade was so willing to drop everything to help Mia pick up the pieces.  Or even how accepting Wade's family was and quickly embracing Mia.  It all felt like everything was tied up a little too neatly for this couple for me to truly get behind their romance.

I generally love Marie Force's writing, but this book (my first in this series) left me with more questions and wondering how we ended up with the ending we did.
