Soon Beck can't resist her feelings for a guy who seems custom made for her. When a string of macabre incidents tears her world apart there is only one person she can turn to. But there's more to Joe than Beck realises and much more to Beck than her perfect facade. The obsessive relationship quickly spirals into a whirlwind of deadly consequences...

This was a book written from an interesting point of view. You see everything through the eyes of Joe, stalker extraordinaire. But not only do you wonder how it is all going to turn out between Joe and Beck, you wonder if Joe was destined to be this way, or if circumstances in his youth made him this way. It's a little weird to find yourself sympathizing with a man who can do the things he does, but it works. I definitely look forward to reading Joe's further adventures.
