Abel’s situation is a lot more complex than it appears to be on the surface. So many people have a better understanding of what is going on here, but they don’t seem to be able to say so. Or at least, perhaps they had been unwilling to up until this point. Perhaps that will change.
The flashback in this issue raised a lot more questions than it answered. Especially paired with the conclusion of the issue itself. How are we supposed to feel about this situation? Are we supposed to hope that Abel will stay on the run, or that he’ll be found? I know which one I’m reflexively hoping for, but I’m still worried that I’m misjudging the situation (hey, you never know!).
