So it looks like we’re rebounding from the Grotesque plot, which is nice. Granted we’re still seeing some of the ramifications from what happened – but that makes sense. It’s not like finding corruption within the police department is a minor thing, even for Gotham.
It does look like this new plot may be slightly more political, but again they did a really good job of trying it all together so that it makes sense.
The scenes between Barbara and her dad this issue kept making me cringe. Not because they were poorly written, but because I love both characters and don’t really want either of them to be in the wrong. I’m not sure if they’ll end up having there be a ‘right side’ and a ‘wrong side’ though. We’ll see.
