I’m just going to go ahead and get this out of my system in the beginning: More Darkhawk, woo! Seriously though, I’m so unbelievably happy that Darkhawk keeps making appearances here. I would kill to see his series rebooted.
Plus it actually made a ton of sense that he and Sleepwalker were working together for a bit, especially knowing how Sleepwalker is moving through the stones the way he is. They managed to add suspense and humor into the storytelling style for this issue, bouncing back and forth between the past and the present to switch perspectives.
I didn’t know much about Sleepwalker going into this series, but I have to admit he’s a compelling character. I’m tempted to follow him into whatever series he appears in next…
