Two months ago, Griffin and Charlie spend some time together in the Boys of the Bayou barn before Charlie headed to Paris for a new job. Present day, Charlie is back in Autre, Louisiana after losing her job in Paris and is going to be working for her family and Griffin without any knowledge to him. Not wanting to get attached or anything complicated, Griffin keeps turning down all of Charlie's ideas. Now Charlie will have to compete with some jealous farm animals to earn Griffin's attention and break him out of his grumpy state.
Another laugh-out-loud crazy trip to the Bayou full of Landry craziness and crazy animals. You can never go wrong with the Boys of the Bayou as they always bring some interesting moments. Griffin and Charlie had an interesting trip to their HEA that was hot when they got together since you could feel their connection right from their first encounter in the barn. The supporting cast is just as fun and entertaining as always with the fun well known Landry banter for those who have read the previous books from down in the Bayou. If you have not read them, I recommend reading all of them for enjoyment. I can not wait for our next trip to Autre, Louisiana.
