Okay so...I love the series and I really like this book, but....BUT.... yeah I think it's not that good, on the one hand it's nice to see a bit in depth of the politics and you can feel the build up of the story that progresses to something big, but let's talk about Darren. Why is he such an a**hole? Like they helped him, they believed him(it's so unrealistic) and then he did nothing for his friend that has actually good points and talked logically! Like you can see that the vampires are really into their habits and sometimes it darkens their thinking but this was too much
