This was a brilliant read. I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to read a Leigh Bardugo book but you won’t stop me now! This was honestly a brilliant opener to the Grisha books and I just loved the characters, the concept. Most of all I loved the Darkling. *sigh* There was just something so compelling about him.

Alina was a brilliant narrator and i can’t wait to dive into the other two books in this series and see where it’s going to go!
