I know I always say this, but it feels weird that such a major plot is over. The ending for this one in particular felt a little…underwhelming. I wish Goodreads had half star ratings. I would give this one a 3 ½ star given the chance.
I went into this hoping I’d like the wrap-up, so maybe that is part of my problem there. I don’t know. It just felt too forced and a little all over the place for my liking. I’m afraid I’ll say too much and spoil the ending, so I’m going to try and go with a ‘less is more’ approach here.
