This was an interesting read, but also disappointing. I expected a sort of Mean Girls kind of book, and while Alexis was a tiny bit mean she was hardly full on Regina George. I think the book spent more time on her and Brett and less time on her being evil. Which is fine, but the novel was called Confessions of a Queen Bitch so I expected bitchiness, too.

I liked Alexis - and I loved Brett, it just wasn't what I was expecting and I sort of expected more. Also, the ending was so annoying. Yes, this is the first in the series, but seriously? Alexis, are you crazy???? I couldn't believe what she said to Brett. I would quite happily steal him from her haha.

I'll read the second book in the series if only to see where the whole Alexis/Brett thing goes because when they were together they had crazy awesome chemistry.
