This issue wasn’t quite as strong as the first, but it was close. The characters X-23 and Scarlet Witch really did blend together better than I had hoped. The last issue did a great job laying the groundwork for their origin story, while this one concluded it. I do feel like they tried to add a bit more humor in this one (or am I just easily amused?). The fight scenes are fantastic though. I’m not sure if these characters will end up getting pulled into the current Infinity Wars though.
