Just from a glance at the advanced reader copy cover I knew I would love this book. After spending time in the text of the story and the illustrations of each page even more so do I find myself captivated and enchanted. With a four year old and two year old daughter we often find ourselves immersed in fairy tales, especially those from Hans Christian Andersen and I will definitely be wanted to add this one to our shelf.

The illustrations are amazing. So fabulous in fact I'll be looking for more from [a:Bagram Ibatoulline|1354902|Bagram Ibatoulline|https://d.gr-assets.com/authors/1285272964p2/1354902.jpg] past and future. If I were rating this book on cover appeal alone it would immediately get the full stars. This is absolutely beautiful!
