“Oh, I see you. I have always seen you, Eleanor. Always. More than anyone ever has.”

Candy Colored Sky is an emotional ride that pulls on your heartstrings and keeps your invested right from the beginning.

Jonah has been in love with his neighbor Eleanor forever but has always been too shy to talk to her. When Eleanor's little sister goes missing, she turns to Jonah for a place to hide out from all of the chaos. As they spend more time together they get to know who they really are and share a kiss under the candy colored sky that brings hope for the future until the dark clouds roll in.

Jonah and Eleanor's story is a beautifully haunting young adult romance. I was glued to the book from the very first page and could not put the book down. Told completely from Jonah's point of view made for a different read. The story is a heavy, long and slow burn romance. This was my first book by Ginger Scott.
