Wow. This was an amazing issue. As far as explaining how Killmonger got from point A to point B, this series has absolutely nailed it. I will no longer question how he became so jaded and disconnected from the world. I get it now.
This issue was extremely impactful. They did a brilliant job of setting everything up. Killmonger had a life, it may not have been a life that most of us would have wanted, but it was a life. And yes, revenge was a part of his life even back then. But now? Revenge is all he has left.
I think that this was the best issue of the series, so far at least. I'm both looking forward to and dreading the next issue of the series. I'm actually kind of sad that it ends with the next issue.
