I have to say that I absolutely love it when a hero comes up against an organization that’s done their homework. The type of group or villain that knows their enemy (the hero we love, naturally), and has thoroughly planned out a way to take them down. We never really expect it to work in the long term, of course, we love our heroes too much to expect them to get knocked down and stay down. But it’s still an anxiety-inducing ride while it lasts. When these sorts of plots are done well, they can be absolutely fantastic.
The point of that ramble is my way of saying that I hope that is exactly where this plot is leading. It has all the hallmarks of that sort of setup, which is really really exciting. I’m looking forward to seeing how Steve gets out of this one.
