This review was originally posted on Star Crossed Reviews I received this book for free from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review. Those of you that follow me on twitter know that this week I've been joining in with the #HIReadathon. I decided to start with the #LoveLondon series because I've had them for a while and I just love Nikki's writing.

Cocktails in Chelsea follows Sofia who is a sweet but slightly insecure girl. She thinks of herself as a bit of a tomboy. She doesn't think they guys look at her as girlfriend material just as a friend. She has every other part of her life figured out; she has a great job and great friends if only she could figure out how to act around a guy she fancies.

Sofia meets Nathan when she's visiting her 'friends' Tori and Christie in London. They visit Tori and Christie's favourite bar where he works. Nathan is a great guy who's sick of seeing entitled rich kids treating him like he's just the help. Like he has no ambitions of his own. He's also smoking hot. Which of course means Sofia has no idea how to act around him.

I found Christie to be rather annoying but I really liked Tori once she her let herself go.

I really enjoyed this fun and flirty story. It's a perfect summer's evening read.
