This short story is just a collection of diary entries that don’t provide much more insight into Bianca’s world that isn’t already shared in book one and book two of the series. Outside of a couple short time travel adventures, there is no plot driving the story forward. It’s normal teenage problems (boys, clothes and fall outs with best friends).
This short story does not do Bianca justice. I fell in love with her determination, strength and convictions when I read the full novels. I was hoping for more insight into Bianca, her family and their time traveling history. Instead I was “treated” to a series of teenage ramblings about difficulties with teenage boys which provided no added value to the Butterman series as a whole.
