Breakfast at Sommerpool's by Nancy Campbell Allen -   This story was simply delightful.  What girl doesn't swoon at the idea of a handsome Italian conte coming to her rescue?  Yet Tessa wants to stand on her own merit in earning the position she desires at the store.  David, the charming conte watches her integrity, determination and ingenuity and can't help but admire her.

However Long the Wait by Sarah M. Eden -   Everything was just as expected in this story of miscommunication.  Grant and Carina are both convinced the other no longer cares, and both are pining for the other.  It was a good story, but nothing in particular stood out to make it fantastic.

The Last Summer at Ivy House by Annette Lyon -  Jacob and Sarah's story was sweet.  The one thing that bugged me was Mrs. Roach, the housekeeper, who apparently was a spinster.  So why was she called Mrs., not Ms.?  Hmm.  Overall it was a good story. This review was originally posted on Among the Reads
