This book answered a LOT of questions that I had through the series. It also brought to light a lot of facts that were previously unknown. My only beef?? I HATED the ending! I wanted to scream, cry, rant, and rave when I read the ending! I'd gotten a spoiler (which I will not give here) as to what happened at some point during the book because the next book combines the Will Trent & Grant County Series together. That book is called Undone, and was released July 14, 2009.

Back to Beyond Reach - as always the book was extremely well written. There is a lot of flipping back and forth between the various characters, but thankfully, all the character switches are clearly marked. Karin Slaughter has a great 3rd person writing style and I thoroughly enjoyed this book as much as I enjoyed the first five in the Grant County series.

A definite 5 star read and a book I intend to read again as soon as I get the other books in the series!
