Well, I didn't love it. But I didn't hate it either. The protagonist didn't come across very consistently - acting timid and meek one minute and throwing very smart sassy and sarcastic around the next. The main plot was transparent and the secondary one only slightly less so. Still, the rest of the characters were engaging and likeable, and perhaps in the next book the main character will find her place. I won't be against reading the next one to see if the series improves.
