Oh, I wish I loved this more... Padmé is one of my favourite characters and I am sad we didn't see more of her in the prequel trilogy, so this book sounded like the perfect solution for me. Unfortunately, it way too focused on the political side of the Star Wars universe than anything else. Which I probably should have known because Padmé is of course mostly known for being the Senator of Naboo aside from being the mother of Luke and Leia. But yeah, I had kind of hoped for a lot more action. I will definitely be reading the sequel (or prequel actually) of this book, Queen's Peril, hoping there'll be some more action.
