This was fun!

I really enjoyed the characters - they are complex and grow a lot throughout the book. I enjoyed the relationships - potential for some real strong friendships over the course of the series - and a couple good romances too. There is so humor - kind of corny humor that you can't help laugh at and felt pretty authentic.

I enjoyed the world as well - unlike a lot of UF I didn't feel like I was bogged down with a world build. Instead it just kind of revealed itself as the story unfolded and I gradually grasped it.

I'm looking forward to reading the next book!
