This is the fourth book in this spin off from the fabulous air awakens series by none other then the amazing Elise Kova. If you love air awakens your love this series that centers around the daughter of Valla. If you not read air awakens have no fear you can read this series and then go back and get even more story by picking up air awakens.

In this installment we dive deeper even further into this amazing series. Vi in an effort to save the world as she knows is plunge into a timeline where previous Vi (93) of them to be exact, have attempted to change the course of destruction that is caused by the Crystal Weapons. These famous weapons come into to play time and time again and they always seem to bring around the destruction of the world.

What really has me peaked and invested is this interesting clusterbomb of a relationship between Taavin and Vi. She pretty much falls in love with an illusion that she never touch or have and then when she does have him she ends up killing him. He ends up being trapped and guiding her in this installment. I really want Vi to end up happy with Taavin and maybe if they can get the crystal weapons dealt with she can finally have love.

In the last and final book what we do know is that Vi has hatched a plan to take out Rasputian and deal with the crystal weapons once and for all. I can hardly wait to see how this all plays out.
