Man is it good to be back in Stephanie Plum's world. It's been a while, since I go through phases of reading a series, putting it down, coming back to it and at the end of 11 I was a bit sick of the love triangle but in 12 I LOVE IT. Yes I've changed my mind and long may Stephanie not pick between Morelli and Ranger.
This was an intriguing read as we got to know more about the enigmatic Ranger. Although it was so weird to go from knowing 0 about Ranger to him having a wife (???!) and living in Pennsylvania (?) and it just opened up a can of worms.
I loved this book so hard. All my favourites were back, it was as funny as ever (you literally cannot find a funnier author than Janet Evanovich, she would have made such a good comedienne) and I didn't want it to end. Suffice to say I have the next four books to devour and the rest on hold at the library.
