Stunning setting, could almost feel the tropics through the description alone. Beautifully written and quite liked Pia, the main character. While I really enjoyed the first half, the second half left me skimming through lengthy dialogue from the 'Natives'. There was too much information all at once.

First half: 4.5 Stars. Loved the build, the development of Pia's character.
Second half: 2 Stars. Dialogue was too lengthy and confusing and tried to explain the motives and vision of the 'Natives' in a few information packed paragraphs.
