The second instalment in this gripping series gets off to an explosive start, and just keeps going up from there.

Flick Carter has found herself alone after becoming an alcoholic following the events of [b:Wanted|18275106|Wanted (Flick Carter #1)|Tim Arnot|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1375376821s/18275106.jpg|24252102]. She also appears to be the target of an assassin, working for an unknown cause. In a post-apocalyptical world where the punishment for every crime is murder, who can she trust?

The characters from the first book are built on and improved and there are new friends and foes to be met who are introduced with the same depth as the rest were.

This is a definite must-read and I would recommend the series to anyone who likes the genre or fancies something new. I can't wait for the next one to be written :)
