Untravelled Roads is a collection of eerie and mysterious tales, many of which leave the reader wondering what was real and what was imagined. In particular, the dog at the disused airfield in "Patience", the weary traveller in "Last Train", and the lost souls in "The Summer Streets" and "Body" gave me a little frisson. Good work, Mr Meldrum.
