I love crossovers. I can’t say that enough. Admittedly I prefer them when they’re well written, full of quips, and have an interesting plot. So far I can’t really speak to the plot for this series, but I can say that it’s got plenty of quips, and more than a few interesting character interactions.
Crossovers can be both confusing and interesting when it comes to dealing with the different universes. In this case we have two very different Spider-Man characters interacting. I love the choices made here, truth be told. Having one be the well-loved Peter Parker was a given (no offense Miles – you know I adore you too). Having his silly, charismatic, and quirky personality put up against a Spider-Man with no apparent sense of humor, and overwhelming sense of control and calmness…well it certainly made their differences quite stark.
No idea where this plot is going to go yet, but I can’t wait to find out.
