Based on the description of this series, I had very particular expectations of what was going to happen. So far, none of those expectations have come to pass. I actually think I like what they’re doing better – it fits in very well with the themes that are constantly running through Daredevil.
There were really two main plots happening here. One was from Foggy’s perspective, and the other from Matt’s. Neither situation has been fully explained, and even the details that have been mentioned I don’t full trust (we’ve been told information, not shown it, so as far as I’m concerned it hasn’t been verified yet).
I’m curious to see where this plot will end up leading. I’m also assuming that it’s more of a standalone plot – not really connected to the current Daredevil continuity (which I’m so very behind on). But I could be wrong.
