We didn't meet gently, we met like a storm breaking into the shore. A downpour of need, raining out any good sense.

⏤ 4 Maple Leaf Review of The Animosity Equation by J.R. Gray ⏤

Mason is trying to survive college life without outing himself but when too hot for words Jeff makes him question everything, he tries to fuel his need with hate for the guy. That is until they are paired together as roommates in the dorms.

Mason and Jeff are just soaked in sexual tension that even a dip in the pool can not cool you down. I loved the push and pull between them and how they both managed to bring out each other's true selves that in a sense helped them heal and allow themselves to be happy with each other.

I am excited for the next book in the Love Equations series and for more from J.R. Gray.

The Animosity Equation is the second book in the Love Equations series and is an mm, college, sports (aquatics), enemies-to-lovers, roommates-to-lovers, cowboy, out-for-you romance told in the dual first-person point of view.
