I really liked this book. And I have missed this world so so much, so when this finally came out - it was an instant one-click! :D

Alpha's Moon is the first book in the new series 'Shifter Ops', but it takes place in the same world as the other 'Bad Boy Alphas' books from [a:Renee Rose|5895073|Renee Rose|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1342017587p2/5895073.jpg] and [a:Lee Savino|13080665|Lee Savino|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1502031687p2/13080665.jpg]. The pair have talent! And all the books are really really good. Sadie is a kindergarten teacher and her meeting with Deke is quite the classic "eyes meet and sparks fly" type. hehe
However, I did find their love story to be romantic and sweet.
They have their obstacles, Deke suffers from PTSD and his wolf is half-crazed with bloodlust. However, Sadie calms the beast, but Deke's Alpha is not a fan.
Terrified of hurting Sadie, Deke runs away...

My wolf relaxes in the presence of the pack. These are my brothers, for better or worse. They heard my call, and they came. We point our noses to the moon and howl. They sing for a brother found, but I cry for what I’ve lost.

Their love is strong though, and their bond is destined because The Fates have spoken. :)

Sadie, despite her "kindergarten teacher looks" actually has a strong backbone and Deke strengthens her in very positive ways. Ways that help her stand up for herself in regards to her controlling father and stalker x-boyfriend. hehe

I can't wait for the next books in this new spinoff from the Bad Boy Alphas series and the prologue offers lots of tastiness to come! :D
