Much to his luck, Asada finds out he's working on a new project with Mizuki. He's beyond happy that they get to spend time together and he can learn more about his crush. Much to Asada's confusion/surprise Asada finds out that Mizuki is gay. He finds it a bit off putting at first, it feels like he doesn't know what to do with the information.
They continue to hang out, getting to know each other, Mizuki begins to open up to Asada, much to his dislike. Mizuki doesn't want to show anyone his weaknesses let alone Asada, who he's become quite fond of. They rely on each other more then they let on. But Mizuki really doesn't want to get to close to Asada, despite Asada really wanting to be close to Mizuki.
They go through the heart breaking pas of Mizuki, which was actually really sad. But they come out on the other side stronger then before.
I really enjoyed this couple. It wasn't like most other yaoi couples out there were there was no basis for the relationship. These characters and their relationship grew and evolved. It went from Asada staring longingly at Mizuki in the street to working with him and becoming friends, to finally becoming something so much more. I wish more yaoi were like this, it's a breath of fresh air.
