Sam Mariano is my new hero. This book had - it - all!
It's filthy, it's got triggers, it's def got power exchange, but I absolutely LOVED it!
Carter Mahoney was quite the Alphahole! hehe.
Zoey was a strong character and I liked her a lot.
As I said, I don't normally read this category, usually because the characters are so young. I mean they are seniors in High School here. So for me who's halfway through the big 30, I tend to find these a bit too young. However, Sam Marino really hit the nail with this one for me.
Yes, they are young, but at the same time, the writing was so good that I just couldn't put the book down.
The book was filthy and gritty and just the way I love it.
Carter was a real ass at times, and we are def talking bully, power exchange, assault and more here - but I loved it.
I would def read more from this author! This was my introduction to Sam Mariano and I am def. not disappointed!!!
