I'm someone who says in going to write for x-amount of time, gets distracted, and only gets a minuscule percent done of what I planned crammed into the last half-hour. Even when I manage to stay focused, writing is more often not like pulling teeth. This book has inspired and given me the tools to ditch this bad habit, become a more productive writer and a happier person in general (because of the reduced stress). I recommend this for anyone who had the same problems I do, someone who wants to know how to effectively plot or edit a book. It's all covered in here and it should be required reading for most authors.
