When we first meet Princess Alyrra in Thorn, she is an unloved outcast of a Princess. She seems to have a heart of gold; how is she so unloved and mistreated by the townsfolk and her family. Well, it turns out it all cause she chooses to stand up for what is right and not allowed spoiled people to rule the world. The cost is higher than anyone could imagine. Your eyes will open your eyes to the events that happen in Thorn. An excellent novella to tide us over till the sequel comes out.
