I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy from the Author. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review. In For a Treat by Sophie-Leigh Robbins is a fantastic ending to a beautiful series.

Will Olive and Lewis get together?

Olive

Olive is the main female lead who is not in a good place when we first pop into her life. She is a dog walker, tarot card reader for dogs, and at times a barista. Along with living at home. Well, until her parents kick her out of the house. Olive is now living in a studio apartment and trying to live on "her own." She is an amazing young lady who is trying to do a lot of things while not letting Melissa get in her way.

What I like about her is that Olive stands up for herself when no one thinks that she will. I love that Olive does what she wants to do with her life, no matter what some people think. Another thing I like about her is that when Melissa is moving in on her dog walking territory, she doesn't let it phase her.

Lewis

Lewis is from England and is now the new vet for Old Pine Cove. He has significant trust issues thanks to what happened in England, and it makes him a bit apprehensive about trying anything new now, like dating Olive. Lewis is a great guy, but he is still carrying some old baggage that keeps him from seeing things.

What I like about him is that Lewis knows when he messes up and tries to fix it to the best of his ability. He is a great veterinarian and is even willing to pretend that he is seeing an imaginary creature for a little girl.
Five Stars

I am giving In For a Treat by Sophie-Leigh Robbins, a five-star rating. This story had me from the very beginning. I love this last couple a lot. Probably just as much as I do of the couples in book one and book two. Ms. Robbins has done a fantastic job, and I can't wait to read more books from her.
