Dimple Shah has a lot of opinions about marriage, but they boil down to this: It’s not for her. Sure, she loves her boyfriend, Rishi, but why does she need to validate that with an institution that has historically never favored the woman? Why go through all that hassle?
Rishi Patel deeply disagrees. This was such an adorable novella. It was great to check back in with Dimple and Rishi. This also features Sweetie who is the protagonist of the companion novel. And as much as As Kismet Would Have It should be read after reading both When Dimple and Rishi and There's Something About Sweetie, it does focus primarily on Dimple and Rishi rather than Sweetie and Ashish. (I read it before reading There's Something About Sweetie and found there to be minor spoilers for the book.)
