I inhaled this book. I think I read it less than 24 hours, which normally wouldn’t be that big of a deal but this was not a short book and this has been a crazy week (and it’s only Tuesday night). I had a late night of reading and I read until I couldn’t keep my eyes open. The next morning, I stayed in the tub to finish this book, while I had a child at home with a cold. Luckily, said child was on day 2 of the cold, was medicated with Mucinex and had unlimited use of the iPad. All was well.
The setting of this book (Trespass, Florida), totally drew me in. I was born and raised in the South and I’ve spent some time paddling around on family trips in rivers similar to the one in this book. Ms. Lyn made me feel like I was there again.
