I really tried to work through this one, but it felt like I was just going through the motions with this one. And as I was reading, I saw a few reviews that mentioned the topic of religion. I don't have a lot of knowledge about Christian Romance, but it seems this one could be classified as one. I have nothing against religion, but when it comes to the romance I read, they're not my preference.
I found myself rather irritated with the heroine quite a bit, she came of a bit immature at times and pushy about a lot of different things. And when it comes to religion/spirituality, I'm not a huge fan when it comes to forcing it on someone.
I hate DNFing a book, but this just simply wasn't a read for me.
