This is a great book. Some are spared, some are changed, some are awakened, some are chosen, and some are just really plain nasty. Nightmares can turn out to be a very beneficial thing. Dogs are mostly good guys. People are mostly bad guys. Everyone has lots of secrets - pretty little liars eat your heart out. The major problem with this book is the ending - this book does not have loose ends - it has totally undone ends. It is like stopping in the middle. It will take a whole great big thick book to resolve the non-endings that dangle here. Hopefully, the sequel will not be long in coming.
