I'm kinda torn over how I felt about Fighting To Be Free. On the one hand, I liked it. I liked the car boostings, I liked Jamie, I mostly liked Ellie, but then on the other, they're so young! And it kind of baffled me in the beginning that Ellie, fresh out of her first ever relationship, was willing to have a one night stand, like it's no big deal. She's seventeen! How is it okay for her to think like that? Or maybe I'm a prude? I legit have no idea but it kinda wigged me out a little. I also hated the fact that Jamie referred to Ellie as his "little girl" - that's gross, and Ellie called Jamie "stud" which is just plain weird.

I liked the book, like I said, Jamie was amazing actually, and I liked reading about his illegal activities because they helped speed the pace up, they kicked a bit of excitement into the mix, for what would otherwise been a very run of the mill love story.

I dunno. It's just a kind of "meh" kind of book for me, I didn't love it but nor did I hate it, it just... was. I'll read the sequel, to see what happens.
