**AN ARC WAS PROVIDED FOR AN HONEST REVIEW. ALL OPINIONS ARE MY OWN**

Pepper Winters will always be an author that will push the boundaries with her writing. All her previous work is evident of that, so you shouldn't be surprised by some things that go on in The Boy and His Ribbon.

This is definitely her best writing so far, but I've said that every new release she puts out. I'm in an indefinite book hangover and hungry for the conclusion.

It will question the right and wrong even when the facts are staring at you in the face from the very beginning. You'll see two kids grow up way too quickly when their childhood is practically ripped away from them. They grow, they struggle, they work through feelings they don't understand.

A true coming to age story that leaves nothing out.
