This book was so impressive for a debut novel. It was beautiful. It was original. It was heartbreaking. It was sweet. It was romantic. It was fantastically well written. The pace was very good. The plot was so engaging and imaginative. I loved Jos and hope she gets a HEA of her own. I am not sure how I feel about Dan. Most of the book I just felt like he was a very self-centered douche, but I also think he did genuinely love Ros. It was complicated. I adored Archer though. He was so sweet. So loving. So earnest. I also loved Ros. Although at times I was frustrated by her complicity in regard to her marriage to Dan. I wanted her to stand up for herself and say; "This isn't OK." Especially near the end when I legit wanted to throat punch her and say; "WTF are you doing??" (lol). Last, it was all wrapped up in a super sweet ending.

That said, I was left with a few unanswered questions. Nothing major, but I seriously want to know where they spent the rest of their lives since the house belonged to the company Dan worked for and Archer couldn't leave the grounds? I also would have loved to see some more details in regard to the rest of their lives? What did they tell people? Friends? Family? Townspeople? Also, a little more background details or explanation about why they seemed to have this across time other worldy connection would have been great as well. Maybe the author will message me and put me out of my curious misery. (lol).

So as you can see I have left this review a bit vague. I don't want to give any of the story away. I think this one is best gone into without a lot of prior knowledge. However, since I know some people have certain triggers, I will include those in a spoiler tag. Enter at your own risk. There is cheating in this one. The heroine (emotional and physical) with Archer, and the heroine's husband with a coworker. If you want more details than that, feel free to message me.

Side Note: Please don't copy any part of my review or link to it without my permission. I am not trying to be a bitch, but I don't want my review used to bash a book because it has a plot point someone doesn't like. I am sure everyone can understand that.
