This book is now a total favorite with me and my granddaughter - we’ve read it three times this week already! My granddaughter has a dog, a gorgeous white Samoyed named Kobe, and now she’s writing her own letters, pretending that Kobe has written them! This book has provided great motivation for her, as she uses her imagination and practices her writing. There is a heartfelt letter for each month of the year, and each story has a different lesson within it. It is a wonderful book, very well written, and great fun for kids – especially dog-loving children. We look forward to the next set of letters from Liza!
