Oh my word, but I LOVED this book! The characters are true and real. Tom's strength overlying his deep vulnerability and Kevin's steadfast determination mesh together to build a relationship fraught with angst but also so much love. The secondary plot-line pertaining to a high school production of Rent introduced more interesting characters that I would love to meet again sometime in the future.
A well-written, deeply moving book I do not hesitate to recommend!
