This was a DNF for me. But to be fair - I picked up the audio version from the library and it turned out to be an abridged version. Secondly, I had technical difficulties. Had the book been better (in it's abridged form at least) I would have pushed past those difficulties to get to the story. But 4 hours in, I wasn't at all invested in the characters or the plot. I really hope it was because of being badly abridged, but it didn't do it for me. Too bad :(
