Eleven-year-old Tabitha Crum, whose parents were just about to abandon her, is invited to the country estate of a wealthy countess along with five other children and told that one of them will become her heir.
So cute! This book was a great read. I can't wait to start recommending it to my mystery loving kiddos at work. Tabitha is so clever and just with-it for a 12 year old. I adored how she solved the nasty goings-on, and especially how things wrapped up at the end.
